Churn prediction for Madrasa
Madrasa is an NGO that teaches Israelis to communicate in Arabic by offering MOOC courses. We analyzed all the online interactions of their users, to help Madrasa understand better why some users leave the course before completing it.

Analyzing the Nature and Parks Authority site reviews
The Nature and Parks Authority sends visitors questionnaires regarding their visit, in order to learn how to improve the visitors’ experience. The scope and amount of these questionnaires require automatic analysis. We developed a sentiment analysis algorithm, as well as a classification algorithm to extract the main topic of each review.

Predicting the number of visitors at the Nature and Parks Authority sites
The Nature and Parks Authority keeps track of the tickets they sell every day on each site. By cross referencing the past visits with the calendar events as well as weather data, we built a prediction algorithm for the future number of visitors per site.

Analysis of water tests in Mikveh facilities for ITIM
ITIM is an NGO that aims at making Israel’s religious establishments more inclusive. We procured data from the Ministry of Health detailing water tests in Mikveh sites across the country in the course of several years. We then built a dashboard that allows to monitor and understand in which sites abnormal results are commonly obtained, or tests are not performed often enough.
